Polycarbonate (PC) Recycling
- What is PC: Polycarbonate (PC) is a strong, durable, and heat-resistant plastic widely used electronic components, and other everyday and industrial products.
- Before (Collection): Our recycling process starts with used PC items, such as 19L water gallons. These materials are diverted from landfills, giving them a second life.
- During (Processing): The collected items are thoroughly cleaned, shredded into small pieces, and processed. These retain the strength, transparency, and durability of renewed PC if required.
- After (Production): The recycled PC is used in injection molding, extrusion and blowing to create electronics, PC sheets, … Colored products can be made efficiently without extra dyes, ensuring consistent quality.
