What is LDPE: LDPE, or Low-Density Polyethylene, is a lightweight, flexible, and durable plastic commonly used in injection, extrusion, and blowing.
Before (Collection): Our LDPE products begin as used plastic items, such as films and caps and more, keeping them out of landfills.
During (Processing): The collected plastic is shredded into small pieces and processed into high-quality LDPE pellets. These pellets maintain the same quality as renewed plastic and can be produced in different colors.
After (Production): The pellets are used in extrusion, injection, and blow molding to create LDPE product such plastic bags, electric tubes, caps, …
